1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will be notified via email or phone if any delay is expected.

2. Shipping Partners

We ship your orders through trusted and reliable courier partners:

  • DTDC
  • RIVIGO

The courier partner is selected based on your delivery location and service availability in your area.

3. Shipping & Estimated Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on all orders across India — no minimum order value required. All product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, remote locations, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Delivery Area

SHR Oil Mills currently delivers across India. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or pin codes not serviced by our courier partners. If your pin code is unserviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email or phone with your tracking number and the courier partner’s details. Use the tracking number on the respective courier website to monitor your shipment:

6. Damaged Products & Returns

We pack all orders with care to ensure your oils arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged during transit, please follow these steps:

  • Photograph the damaged product and the outer packaging immediately upon receipt.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] or call +91 95517 41130 or+91 90034 54561.
  • Provide your order number and attach the photographs to your message.
  • Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund upon verification.

Important: We do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged or defective. All sales are final for products received in good condition. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

SHR Oil Mills is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, natural disasters, or circumstances outside our control.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. SHR Oil Mills will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Any re-shipping charges resulting from address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.
