At SHR Oil Mills, we are committed to delivering authentic, organically certified cold-pressed oils to every customer. We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. Please review our returns and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Our Return Policy

Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product was received in a physically damaged condition — including broken seals, leaking packaging, cracked containers, or crushed bottles. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
  • The product received is different from what was ordered. Please report within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Unopened and unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

For all approved returns, return shipping charges will be borne by SHR Oil Mills. A full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products with broken seals (unless the seal was broken due to transit damage).
  • Returns initiated without prior written approval from our team.
  • Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Orders where an incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer.

3. How to Report a Damaged Product

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please follow these steps immediately:

  • Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Step 3: Provide your order number and attach clear photographs showing the damaged product and its outer packaging.
  • Step 4: Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

4. Refunds

Once a claim is reviewed and approved by our team, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A full replacement of the exact product at no extra charge, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that additional processing time by your bank or payment provider is beyond our control. SHR Oil Mills will not be held responsible for delays on the banking side.

5. Courier & Shipping Partners

SHR Oil Mills ships all orders exclusively through the following trusted courier partners:

  • ST Courier
  • DTDC
  • RIVIGO

If a product is damaged due to mishandling during transit, please preserve the original outer packaging and report it to us immediately. We will coordinate directly with the concerned courier on your behalf.

6. Return Shipping

For all approved returns, SHR Oil Mills will bear the return shipping charges. We will either issue a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a pickup through our courier partners. Please do not ship any product back without written approval from our team — unauthorized returns will not be entertained.

7. Exchanges

At this time, SHR Oil Mills does not offer product exchanges. All approved claims will be resolved through a replacement shipment of the same product or a full refund.
