Why does my coconut oil solidify in winter? +
This is completely normal and is a sign of purity — not a defect. Coconut oil naturally solidifies below 24°C. In Indian winters or air-conditioned rooms, the oil will turn white and solid. Simply place the bottle in warm water for a few minutes or keep it at room temperature and it will return to liquid form. The quality is not affected at all by solidification.
